De ce sunt entuziasmată? Pentru că mă fascinează &lt;a href="http://www.milka.ro/milka/page?PagecRef=1"&gt;brandul mov&lt;/a&gt; și pentru că așteptam de mult timp o ”mișcare” interesantă din partea lor. Nu lansaseră niciun sortiment extraordinar de ciocolată în ultimul timp (cu toate că tot ce au acum în ofertă e delicios) și &lt;a href="http://www.heidi-chocolate.com/en/"&gt;Heidi&lt;/a&gt; dădea semne că i-ar depăși ca popularitate pe piața de la noi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi a apărut &lt;a href="http://www.bestjobs.ro/top-locuri-de-munca-animator-de-vacute/456852/animator+vacute/1"&gt;celebrul anunț&lt;/a&gt; de pe Bestjobs, la care au aplicat sute de persoane. Ei bine, unii dintre ei s-au simțit păcăliți și chiar ofensați când au auzit că jobul de fapt nu există și că anunțul făcea parte din noua campanie Milka. Totuși, nu sunt deloc de acord cu ei. În primul rând, pentru că anunțul conținea informația de bază ”acesta nu e un anunț de recrutare; face parte dintr-o campanie de marketing” - cineva care își caută un job ar trebui să facă minimul de efort pentru a citi anunțul postului pentru care aplică. În al doilea rând, pentru că am văzut niște comentarii de-a dreptul stupide la un advertorial al campaniei ăsteia. Cum că planul de marketing e făcut de nesimțiți care nu se gândesc la cât de supărați sunt șomerii din țara asta și cât de urât e să faci o astfel de campanie în plină criză (!!!). Mda!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;În plus, ieri am fost într-un supermarket și am cumpărat, printre altele, câteva tablete Milka (pentru gust, dar și pentru concurs, normal :D). Și din senin mă trezesc cu un moșulică curios: ”Și cum câștig banii aștia? Răzuiesc și scrie acolo dacă m câștigat?”. M-am gândit că poate nu vede să citească regulamentul de concurs, așa că i-am explicat că trebuie să trimită un cod prin sms sau pe net. Stupoare! ”Adică după ce că dau bani pe ciocolată să mai plătesc și pe sms? Asta e mânărie, nu mai știu cum să ne fure banii”. Am rămas perplexă!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Așa că mi-am luat ciocolatele și am plecat. Am înscris deja două coduri pe siteul de campanie. Nu știu dacă voi câștiga ceva, e destul de puțin probabil, având în vedere că vara asta am fost într-o vacanță câștigată la un alt concurs. O companie a cumpărat peste 240.000 tone de boabe de cacao, adică 7% din producția mondială anuală. Prin urmare, economiștii se așteaptă ca producătorii de ciocolată să crească prețurile începând cu luna septembrie. Deși am dubii că lucrul ăsta se va întâmpla, vă invit să profitați de ofertele de vara (Heidi are câteva sortimente delicioase, voi scrie despre ele în zilele următoare). Puneţi în cuptor formele umplute şi lăsaţi să se coacă o oră, la 150 grade celsius . După ce s-au copt, lăsaţi să se răcească un pic, scoateţi coroniţele din forme şi aşezaţi-le pe o tavă încăpătoare. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separat pregătiţi glazura. Adică tocaţi şi topiţi pe baie de aburi ciocolatele de menaj (fiecare fel de ciocolată se va pregăti separat). Acoperiţi coroniţele cu glazură maro şi apoi stropiţi cu glazură albă. Am cautat de curand o reteta cat mai "light" si am dat peste &lt;a href="http://www.foolforfood.de/index.php/suesses/rezept-mousse-au-chocolat?page=2"&gt;asta&lt;/a&gt;. Reteta ii apartine lui &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_Herm%C3%A9"&gt;Pierre Hermé&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asadar, aveti nevoie de 250g de ciocolata amaruie, 60 ml de lapte, 1 galbenus, 4 albusuri, o lingura de zahar pudra. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rupeti ciocolata in bucati mici, apoi fierbeti laptele. Adaugati ciocolata in laptele fiert, amestecati pana se topesc toate bucatile, apoi adaugati galbenusul in amestec.  Separat, bateti cu mixerul albusurile pana obtineti o spuma, adaugati zaharul si continuati sa amestecati pana incep sa arate ca zapada. Amestecati albusurile cu ciocolata (usor!), apoi mutati compozitia in pahare sau forme. Am cautat informatii si am aflat ca tine pana maine, 16 februarie, iar Maestru de Ceremonii va fi cofetarul Silvian Miron, un român celebru la nivel internaţional. Silvian Miron a fost recent premiat la Frankfurt cu premiul internaţional 'Arch of Europe' la categoria aur, pentru lucrările sale sculptate în ciocolată. Daca dati o fuga pana la City Mall, veti putea vedea lucrarii din ciocolata inedite, printre care si Bustul Regelui Carol I, realizat din 64 de kg de ciocolată. Organizatorii au pregătit şi o prezentare de modă atipică, la care se vor folosi accesorii din ciocolată. O firma englezeasca a dezvoltat un proces care transforma produsele folosite la fabricarea ciocolatei in biocombustibil.&lt;br /&gt;Firma englezeasca Ecotec a transformat deseurile provenite din procesul de fabricare al ciocolatei in bio-etanol. Prin amestecarea acestuia cu uleiuri vegetale s-a obtinut biocombustibil. "Aratam astfel ca putem produce biocombustibili eco-friendly fara a fi nevoie sa modificam motoarele diesel pentru a-l folosi", a adaugat Andy Pag.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un camion pe baza de biocombustibil va fi trimis in aceasta luna din Marea Britanie in Mali, vestul Africii, intr-o misiune caritabila. "Deseurile provenite de la productia ciocolatei erau trimise inainte in depozitele ecologice. Compoziţia unei tablete de ciocolată depinde foarte mult de tip şi de marcă, dar în general, 100 g conţin:&lt;br /&gt;• 500 - 550 calorii&lt;br /&gt;• 2 - 7 g proteine&lt;br /&gt;• 55 - 62 g glucide&lt;br /&gt;• 24 - 33 g lipide&lt;br /&gt;Din fericire, în cacao găsim şi fier, fosfor, potasiu, vitaminele B1 şi B9 + substanţe care acţioneaza direct asupra psihicului (psihotropi), precum magneziul, teobromina, cofeina şi feniletilamina.&lt;br /&gt;Ciocolata neagră este mai puţin grasă decât ciocolata cu lapte (24 g la 100 g de ciocolata neagră, spre deosebire de 33 g la 100 g de ciocolata cu lapte), e mai săracă în saruri (12 mg faţă de 84 mg), dar mai dulce (64 g faţă de 55 g). Mulţi amatori de ciocolată preferă varianta neagră. Cum ar fi &lt;a href="http://www.choco-story.be/"&gt;Muzeul Ciocolatei din Bruges&lt;/a&gt;, găzduit de Casa Croone, o tavernă ce datează din anul 1480. &lt;br /&gt;Primul etaj al muzeului este dedicat artefactelor din vremurile maiaşilor şi aztecilor, popoare care au descoperit boabele de cacao şi care, prin intermediul conquistadorului Fernando Cortes, au reuşit să transmită Europei "Copacul Paradisului". Durează 15 minute să o preparaţi şi o oră să se răcească. Eventual alune pisate şi stafide.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Puneţi într-un vas zahărul cu apa, amestecaţi, puneţi pe foc şi lăsaţi să fiarbă 9 minute. Luaţi siropul format de pe foc, adăugaţi pachetul de unt, iar după ce se topeşte, adăugaţi cacaua (aşa se scrie, am verificat în dicţionarul ortografic) şi laptele praf. Amestecaţi până se omogenizează compoziţia (dacă aveţi mixer sau tel, acum e momentul să-l folosiţi; dacă aveţi doar o lingură la dispoziţe, s-ar putea să dureze un pic mai mult). Dacă vreţi să adăugaţi alune pisate sau stafide, acum e momentul. După ce s-a omogenizat, puneţi folia de aluminiu în tavă, turnaţi compoziţia şi lăsaţi-o la rece. Teoretic, ar trebui să o mâncaţi după 5-6 ore. Dar vă pot spune din experienţă că în 60 de minute e.. Campania de marketing iniţiată de companie este structurată pe asocierea ideală dintre ciocolată, ingredientul-aromă numărul 1 din lume, şi sănătatea inimii, grija numărul 1 a adulţilor de peste 40 de ani de pretutindeni. &lt;br /&gt;Pe de altă parte, medicii spun că produsul este doar un alt baton de ciocolată, şi recomandă în continuare fructele şi legumele. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din păcate, în prezent, produsele CocoaVia se comercializează doar în SUA. Aşa că, Ciocolateria Monibell vă poate oferi doar o imagine a bunătăţurilor sănătoase.
